INVITATION FOR ACCREDITATION AS SERVICE PROVIDER ON CUSTOMS INVENTORY SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMS BONDED WAREHOUSE (CBW)
The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is inviting all interested parties to apply for accreditation as service provider on online inventory system for Customs Bonded Warehouse (CBW):
- Interested parties shall submit the following requirements in support of their application:
- Letter of Application for Accreditation as Service Provider
- DTI Business Registration or SEC Registration
- Valid and Current Business Permit
- BIR Registration Certificate (BIR Form 2303)
- Latest Income Tax Return
- Other documents as outlined in the Eligibility Requirements.
- Non-refundable application fee of P50,000.00
- The Eligibility Requirements and Terms of Reference (TOR) may be downloaded from the BOC website using this link http://customs.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/TOR_for_CBW.pdf
- The above requirements shall be submitted to the Committee on Customs Inventory System for CBW thru Mr. Katherine Cañon on or before April 24, 2020.
