INVITATION FOR ACCREDITATION AS SERVICE PROVIDER ON CUSTOMS INVENTORY SYSTEM FOR OFF-DOCK OR OFF-TERMINAL CONTAINER FREIGHT STATIONS
The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is inviting all interested parties to apply for accreditation as service provider on online inventory system for Off-dock or Off-terminal Container Freight Stations:
- Interested parties shall submit the following requirements in support of their application:
- Letter of Application for Accreditation as Service Provider
- DTI Business Registration or SEC Registration
- Valid and Current Business Permit
- BIR Registration Certificate (BIR Form 2303)
- Latest Income Tax Return
- Other documents as outlined in the Eligibility Requirements.
- Non-refundable application fee of P50,000.00
- The Eligibility Requirements and Terms of Reference (TOR) may be downloaded from the BOC website using this link http://customs.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/TOR_for_CY-CFS.pdf
- The above requirements shall be submitted to the Committee on Customs Inventory System for Off-dock or Off-terminal CFS thru Mr. Edmer Gurion on or before April 24, 2020.
