In lieu of the memorandum from the Office of the President, Malacañang regarding the ASEAN Summit, 28 April 2017 (Friday) has been declared as a Non-Working Holiday.
In this regard, the advertised public auction of the Port of Manila that fall on the same date has been re-scheduled to 02 May 2017 (Tuesday), same time and venue.
