In compliance to Section 1129 of Republic Act No. 10863 “Customs Modernization and Tariff Act”, Notice to Pay Duties and Taxes is hereby served for the consignees whose shipments have been final assessed on March 4, 2019 to March 10, 2019 but duties and taxes were still not settled.
