In compliance to Section 1129 of Republic Act No. 10863 “Customs Modernization and Tariff Act”, this Notice to Pay Duties and Taxes is hereto served for the consignees whose shipments have been final assessed on March 1, 2019 to March 4, 2019 but duties and taxes were still not settled.
