This is to notify the owner/claimant of the parcel with Tracking No. CR903176765DE, which arrived at Surface Mail Exchange Department (SMED) on 17 March 2025, that the District Collector of the Port of Manila issued a Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) docketed as Seizure Identification No. 2025-028 on 25 March 2025, pursuant to Sections 118 and 119(d) of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA), in relation to R.A. 9165 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002”.
