NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT
This is to notify that the District Collector of Customs, Manila International Container Port, rendered a Decree of Abandonment on 28 February 2025, against the above-mentioned shipments. Failure to file a Motion for Reconsideration within fifteen (15) days from posting of this Notice at the Bureau of Customs Website and Bulletin shall be construed as a waiver and the subject shipments shall be disposed in accordance with law.
