This is to notify that the District Collector of Customs, Port of NAIA, rendered a Notice and Declaration of Abandonment docketed as Abandonment Proceeding No. 033-2024 (NAIA), 034-2024 (NAIA), and 035-2024 (NAIA).
Failure to file a Motion for Reconsideration within Fifteen (15) days from posting of this Notice at the Bureau of Customs Website shall be construed as a waiver and the subject shipment shall be disposed in accordance with law.
