The sub-port of Mindanao Container Terminal hereby notifies all concerned consignees to File Goods Declaration for shipments discharged for the period of January 8-15, 2024.
The hereunder consignees are hereby directed To Lodge/File their corresponding import entries (Goods Declarations) within 15 Days from the last cargo discharge pursuant to Section 407 In relation to Section 1129 of the CMTA. Otherwise these shall be deemed as impliedly abandoned.
