Notice To Lodge/File Goods Declaration, Pay Duties & Taxes, or To Claim the Goods with dwell time of more than Thirty (30) Days from the date of discharge at the Port of Manila.

Otherwise, the Same shall be issued Decree of Abandonment pursuant to Section 1129 of the CMTA.
