Notice is hereby given that the case folder of the above-docketed seizure and forfeiture case was lost due to the fire incident that razed the POM building on 22 February 2019.
In this regard, you are hereby ordered to re-submit your Position Paper including all other pertinent documents to the Law Division, Port of Manila through the BOC-Customer Care Center within seven (7) days from receipt of this notice.
Failure to comply with the foregoing shall be deemed a waiver/lack of interest to claim the goods.
