NOTICE TO CLAIM ABANDONED PARCELS HELD AT SURFACE MAIL EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT
Relative to the Memorandum dated March 22, 2022, of Acting Port Collector Dr. Zaldy E. Almoradie, LLB, MPA, DPA, Customs Postal Office requested for disposition of the abandoned parcels and for the issuance of Decrees of Abandonment for the same under Section 1129 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA), let this be a Final Notice to Claim to all owners of these parcels held at Surface Mail Exchange Department.
Ten (10) days upon posting of the same at the Bulletin Board and Bureau of Customs (BOC) website the said parcels shall be declared abandoned by the District Collector and accordingly will be issued Decrees of Abandonment pursuant to the provision of Section 1129 of the CMTA.
