- Result of Neuro Psychiatric Exam (duly conducted by any government hospital or any DOH accredited hospital)
- Medical Certificate (duly accomplished, signed and certified by a government physician)

- Non – submission of the above mentioned documents shall mean waiver of your application for the position of Customs Operations Officer I (COO I) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Bureau of Customs.
- Only those who have submitted the above – mentioned documents, and have been found “fit to work” shall proceed with the Physical Fitness Test.
