COMPLETE LIST OF VACANT POSITIONS

INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL APPLICANTS
for 27 July 2017 Publication

1. All applicants must meet the minimum requirement of vacant position(s).
2. Pursuant to CMO 27 – 2016, all applicants must submit the documentary requirements, as follow:

  APPLICANT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS RECEIVING OFFICE
BOC employees Qualified next – in – rank  who are automatically included in the selection line – up as candidates for promotion within their organizational mother unit Human Resource Management Division (HRMD)

 

Employees who are not next – in – rank  who wish to apply for promotion
NON – BOC employees
  • Letter of Intent (Form A -1)
  • Updated and Duly Accomplished Personnel Data Sheet (PDS/CS Form 212 Revised 2017) with attached Work Experience Sheet
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility or License issued by the Civil Service Commission and Professional Regulation Commission, or Certificate of Admission to the Philippine Bar issued by the Supreme Court
  • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
  • Copy of Training/Seminar Certificates
  • Certificate of Employment or Service Record (if government employee)
  • Copy of Performance Appraisal Report for the last two (2) rating periods (for government employees only)
Human Resource Management Division (HRMD)
  1. The prescribed Letter of Intent (Form A and Form A-1) may be downloaded from BOC this announcement.
  2. Please indicate the office/group/port being applied for in the Letter of Intent. Applicants are only allowed to apply for only one (1) position.
  3. All documents must be arranged accordingly (as enumerated in FORM A and  A-1) and must be enclosed in a long brown envelope with your full name written at upper – left corner at the back of the envelope as shown below.

  4. Applicants who previously applied in 2016, MUST re-submit the required documents as indicated above.
  5. The deadline of submission of documentary requirements is on/before 11 August 2017 at:

  1. Pursuant to CMO 27 – 2016 Sec. 4 Item 4.4 and 4.5, all candidates for promotion, including qualified next-in-rank, must submit the documentary requirements within the prescribed period. Non – submission of said requirements on time shall mean waiver of their possible promotion.
  2. External recommendations shall not be included in the documents to be submitted to the BOC HRMD for evaluation.
  3. Applications from Government Employees who are due for compulsory retirement on/or before January 2018 shall not be processed.
  4. Applicants who shall submit their requirements through courier and/or postal, must ensure that their requirements are complete and postmarked on/before 11 August 2017.
  5. Kindly be advised that LATE applications, and applications with INCOMPLETE requirements will NOT be accepted and processed.
