BUREAU OF CUSTOMS CERTIFIED AS FOI FULLY-COMPLIANT
The Bureau of Customs (BOC) was again recognized by the Freedom of Information – Project Management Office (FOI-PMO) under the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) as FULLY COMPLIANT with the enhanced FOI requirements, as one of the criteria for the grant of the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019.
The BOC was commended and thanked by the FOI-PMO for its continuous support to the FOI Program and for being the government’s #PartnerForChange.
Meanwhile, Customs Commissioner acknowledged the BOC – Customer Assistance and Response Service (CARES) for its continuous effort to promote transparency in the Bureau and ensure compliance to FOI program.
