NOTICE TO FILE/LODGE GOODS DECLARATION – APRIL 30, 2020 – Port of Davao
Pursuant to the implementation of CMO 10-2020 on expedited processing and release of dry and reefer containers during the period of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), you are hereby directed to file/lodge goods declaration within the period of two (2) days from the date of last discharge.
Failure to lodge/file goods declaration within the prescribed period shall be, for all intents and purposes, deemed abandoned, which could later on, in an appropriate proceeding, ordered forfeited in favour of the government, unless covered by an Alert Order issued by a competent authority.
